SYSTEM NAVIGATION

LCSS offers support to individuals/families to navigate through the Developmental Services process for accessing services. All people requesting supports/services will be directed through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO): Southeast Region.

An “Intake Process” is required to verify proof of developmental disability to determine eligibility. LCSS can assist with navigating this process and/or direct individuals/families to appropriate resources and will provide any necessary follow up.
